Falcone Borsellino Airport is an international airport located 32 kilometers west of Palermo, at Punta Raisi. The Palermo Airport is the second airport of Sicily in terms of passengers after Fontanarossa Airport in Catania. The airport is named Falcone Borsellino in memory of the two leading anti-mafia magistrates Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsellino, who were murdered in 1992 in Palermo.
Batumi is one of three international airports in operation in Georgia (along with Tbilisi International Airport serving the Georgian capital and David the Builder International Airport in Georgia's second largest city Kutaisi). The new airport terminal has been in operation since 26 May 2007. With a total area of 4,256 square metres (45,810 sq ft), it is capable of handling 600,000 passengers a year.
Minsk National Airport (formerly known as Minsk-2) is the main international airport in Belarus, located 42 km to the east of the capital Minsk, geographically lying in the territory of Smalyavichy Raion but administratively being subordinated to Kastrychnitski District of Minsk. The airport serves as hub of the Belarusian flag carrier Belavia and the cargo carriers TransAVIAexport Airlines, Genex and Rubystar Airways.
